Team Coaching
Organizational coaching has a variety of objectives. Working with teams, Robyn is able to assist in the discovery, development and defining of strategies; acknowledge group dynamics and work towards psychological safety; help members of the group stretch beyond their current abilities.
As with individual coaching, team coaching focuses on results. Robyn will work with the team to leverage relationships, shared experiences, and interpersonal awareness in a way that serves the teams’ business objectives. An engaging coach and facilitator she will efficiently move a team along the change adoption curve and invite everyone to be the best versions of themselves that they can be.
